as far as i know, the specs are the same for both versions of the card. i have a small computer [shuttle], so i needed to be sure that it would fit.

more wattage is always better if you can afford it. however, i’m running on a 200 watt supply, so you should be fine @ 220.

it should fit any pci-express slot on any desktop MOBO. perhaps, go to tigerdirect or xfx’s website to get specifications and card measurements.
